Add 10% Del Norte County bed tax for all stays shorter than 30 days
Rates are based upon occupancy of 6 people. Call for rates for additional guests.
Rates for all bookings >> 1/01/2007 - 5/31/2007 (Spring & Fall)
For 6 or less $165/night - $900/week for other rates call
add $25/night or $100/week for each additional person (8 maximum)
2 night minimum stay.
Rates for all bookings >> 6/1/2007 - 8/31/2007 (summer)
For 6 or less $175/night - $1000/week for other rates call
add $30/night or $150/week for each additional person (8 maximum)
2 night minimum stay.
*For 1 month or more there is no TOT (bed tax).

We occasionally have special rates to fill cancellations so
check back often.
Our Holiday rate is the same as our summer rate.
For larger groups I manage 1 other very nice home 5 blocks south. I can place groups when we are full in other properties we have a rental network of 2 homes - email or call.
We can accommodate a total of 14 people between our 2 homes. Call or email for details.
